1. 1Tap Post (bottom bar on phone, Add listing on desktop).
2. 2Choose sale or rent and the property type, then add price and size.
3. 3Add the location, then photos. Clear daylight photos get the most enquiries.
4. 4Tap Publish. With an active plan the listing goes live at once. A ₹299 single listing stays live for 90 days.
5. 5RERA number is optional. Add it if you have one: buyers trust verified projects more.
