- No. Krish Realty is a listing and marketing platform. Every enquiry you submit goes directly to the builder, venture owner or authorised agent who owns that listing.
- Are the listings verified?
- Listings marked verified have had their RERA or HMDA approval number, ownership document and photographs checked by our team before publishing.
- Do I pay any brokerage to Krish Realty?
- Buyers pay nothing to Krish Realty. Any brokerage or service fee, if applicable, is agreed directly with the listing partner.
- How quickly will someone contact me?
- Enquiries are routed to the assigned sales team instantly. Most partners respond within 30 minutes during business hours.
- What is the difference between carpet area and built-up area?
- Carpet area is the usable floor area inside your walls. Built-up area adds wall thickness and balconies, and super built-up area also loads a share of common areas such as lobbies and the clubhouse.
- Can I book a site visit on a weekend?
- Yes. Most partners run site visits seven days a week, and several offer pickup from a nearby landmark on request.
